    Welcome to My Promo Lounge. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with changes reflected on our website.
    Exchanges and Refunds
    All custom orders—including personalized items, unique designs, and special requests—are considered final sale once submitted. Due to their customized nature, these products cannot be resold, and therefore no refunds or exchanges will be offered after an order is placed.
    Decoration Specifications
    It is your responsibility to provide clear instructions for imprint size, artwork, and placement on custom items. If specific guidance is not provided, we will apply industry-standard practices. My Promo Lounge is not liable for any issues resulting from missing or unclear instructions, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued in such cases.
    Product Quality
    While rare, if a custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. This does not apply to issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, or from proofs you approve containing errors or discrepancies.
    Order Modifications and Cancellations
    Once a custom order enters production, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. To ensure accuracy, please carefully review your order details and proofs prior to approval. This step helps prevent any potential issues with your final product.
    Payment Terms
    Full payment is required for all orders before production begins. This includes costs for design work, printing, physical production, or any related services. We will not start processing your order until payment is received in full.
    Artwork Files and Permissions
    To proceed with your order, you must submit an intake form detailing your logo specifications and granting My Promo Lounge permission to use your artwork. We will retain these records for future use. It is your responsibility to notify us of any updates to your artwork files and submit a new intake form as needed. Updated or initial artwork files must be provided before production can begin on a paid order.
    Agreement
    By placing an order with My Promo Lounge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We are committed to delivering high-quality promotional products and appreciate your partnership in ensuring a smooth process. Promo Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
