4. What’s Included in the Price—Are There Hidden Fees?
  • Answer: Our prices often include the item and basic decoration, and setup fees. We don't believe in nickel and diming our customers and want you to have confidence that the price you see is the price you get, before taxes, any applicable design fees and shipping.
5. How Long Does It Take to Get My Order?
  • Answer: Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days after artwork approval on most items, with larger items such as tents and bulk orders being 10-15 business days. We strive to complete every order as quickly as possible. Turnaround time is production only and does not include shipping.
6. Can I See a Sample Before Ordering?
  • Answer: Digital proofs (showing your logo on the product) are free, and we work hard to ensure your package deal visuals are clear and approved by you before anything moves to production.
7. What Artwork Do I Need to Provide?
  • Answer: Vector files (.eps, .ai) are ideal for crisp printing, but many suppliers can work with high-res .jpg/.png files or redraw your logo for a fee. We will always send you a proof for your approval before we move forward. My Promo Lounge will not copy any trademarked art or logos without express permission from the artist or agency. We require an client intake be completed before any proofs are assembled.

  • Answer: Currently we offer DTF full color Direct to Film printing and screen printing in one color or 3 colors. We aim to expand that over the next few months.
